Since, I was young untill 60 years old I've never heard "khmer rum lop dey youn" like Pen Earn said. Pen Earn is not a lier but his is a crazy leader for khmer people in Kampong Cham.May be his brain and his head made in Viet Nam or Youn Country.And his eyes is blind like his boss.
